Xapo president says Bitcoin will become global reserve asset like US dollar in future
President of Xapo, Ted Rogers, has said that he believes in future Bitcoin will become a global reserve asset like what the U.S. dollar is now.
Unfazed by the current bearish trend of the cryptocurrency market, in an interview with a business publication, Cheddar, Rogers said that Bitcoin’s price will stabilize within next 7 to 14 days.
Replying to a question relating to Bitcoin’s long-term performance, the boss of the cryptocurrency giant opined that in future this digital currency will be worth “hundreds of thousands of dollars” and hold a position of global reserve asset, what role the US dollar is playing now.
