RE: China Will Not Ban Bitcoin Miners!

Interesting that Lee is a source of good predictions on crypto-concerns.
Sidebar: Do you Litecoin is worth anything? They seem to happily take a back seat to bitcoin (calling themselves "the silver to bitcoin's gold") and is there really going to be a need for a one-of-many crypto-currency when we already have bitcoin and ethereum building sidechain-like businesses on top of the already-more-popular main currency? Having trouble imagining any use for Mr Lee's coin in the long term.

Yes, I believe it is a viable coin. There is a bit more tech behind it so it can evolve (recent example is the atomic swap). Some also see Litecoin as something to use for smaller purchases whereas Bitcoin is to be used for larger ones. Thanks for sharing your thoughts :)

Can you explain "atomic swap"? ow it just sounds like techno-smoke

As I understand, it's a way to exchange currencies with a contract instead of going through an exchange. The exchange (a trusted intermediary that charges a fee) is basically replaced with a contract.
