Today on Word To The Wise, we take a look at a new investment site called BitSector.

BitSector claims to be "Investing made easy!", and indeed, they do make it simple. Just choose one of their eight high interest paying investment plans and send them some money. That's all you need to do.

Well, I guess there is one other thing you need to do first. You need to SING UP!

And why wouldn't you want to SING UP? After all, you can't lose money investing with BitSector.

Or can you?

Well of course you can! You will lose every penny you send them. Why? Because BitSector is just another scam claiming to be a high interest paying investment site. As we all know, no legitimate investment site will claim that you cannot lose money investing with them. And while real investment companies will require you to sign up, they will never ask you SING UP. So do not send BitSector any money or you will be singing the blues too.

The Report

After stabilizing somewhat from the lows this past Sunday morning, the cryptocurrency market has continued to trend lower the last day or so. Currently the broad market is worth $247 Billion, down from $248 Billion this time yesterday. Now, let's take a closer look at how our favorite coins are performing.

Currently Bitcoin is trading at $6133, down 0.5% since this time yesterday afternoon. Bitcoin continues to trade in a very narrow range since recovering from Sunday's low.

Currently Steem is trading at $1.26, down 2.7% in the last 24 hours while SBD is trading at $1.08, unchanged since this time yesterday.

Currently on the Steemit Market, Steem is trading for 1.204 SBD. As the prices of Steem and SBD move closer together, Steem will continue to get cheaper on the internal market.

The supply of liquid Steem increased by about 200,000 and is currently at 78 million Steem. Of course, Ned having just powered down 135,512 Steem a few minutes ago would account for most of this. Here's hoping that he doesn't continue to power down much longer. Heck, why we're at it, here's hoping that he sends me a big pile of that liquid Steem he has on hand now!
