Word to the Wise
Today on Word To The Wise, we once again shine the spotlight on a scam website masquerading as an investment site called HourTrust.
Now there are many ways to determine if a website is in fact a scam site. For example, you could look at their investment plans and see they claim that if you select plan 6 and send them $3 Million, in only 10 days they will return to you $150 Million.
Or you may take a look at their management team and realize that they didn't take the time to crop the pictures in a fashion so that the images are not distorted.
But in reality, it's much simpiler to determine this site is a scam. You see their management team is completely fake. David Smith, the CEO, is in reality Scott Alcott, CIO of Comcast Cable.
Jaime Grant, CIO of HourTrust, is in reality Erik Ekudden, Group CTO for Ericsson.
Kevin Felker, who is listed as the CTO of HourTrust, is in fact Georg Hansbauer one of the founders of Testbirds.
And finally Helen Pritts, the CFO, is really just a model who's image is used on many different websites such as these.
So folks, if an investment company is faking their entire management team, it's obviously a scam. Do not send them any money, whether it's $3 or $3 Million. They will steal everything you send them and leave you crying in your pillow.

The Report
The cryptocurrency recovery is heating up today. Here's a look at how our favorite coins are performing.
Bitcoin is currently trading at $9392, up 5.7% since this time yesterday afternoon.
Steem is currently trading at $3.46, up 5.5% in the last 24 hours. Meanwhile SBD is currently trading at $3.51, up 4.8% since this time yesterday.
Currently on the Steemit Market, Steem is trading for 0.995 SBD.
The supply of liquid Steem continues to slowly increase. Since yesterday afternoon, the amount of liquid Steem increased by 50,000 Steem. Currently there are 76.91 million liquid Steem.

Hourtrust is a joke. Just grabbing some pictures off the internet and calling them your managers is pathetic. Thanks for showing us how to spot these scammers.

WOW! Talk about being bold with your team section lol. I almost admire the balls they had in creating this scam. And they are smart to use "trust" in the title. Dirty, dirty scam. I think some of these are starting to get smarter, like in Jurassic Park when the raptors learned how to open doors.
I'll be signing up for the ANY airdrop and give the app a try when it's offered in the US.
Have you heard about DIY TUBE VIDEO? It is a scam trying to get people to buy a fake coin. @diy-tube-video is refusing to provide any information about his company DIYT and the coins he is trying to sell... Ask him any questions about who his management team or investors are or ask what his business plan is etc... and he flags you and refuses to answer and claims you are a troll. Troy Reid is the apparent owner of DIYT and is on steemit promoting this very obvious scam. Troy Reid goes by @diy-tube-video @thediyworld @diy-electronics @trtechtactical @blogger101 @mysthrio and has many other identities on youtube and reddit and of course DIY TUBE... He even has denied having these accounts until they were proven to be him. There is tons of evidence proving Troy Reid is a fraud and scammer over on troybusters.com where hundreds of people work to expose this fraud. He has been running various scams for over 5 years now.
