This Cryptocurrency Could Be the Next Bitcoin

Gaurav S. Iyer, mentions today September 15th, that the next Bitcoin could be Ripple XRP, and the main reason he states is that while Bitcoin focuses on individual persons, and to disrupt the current financial system, and remove central banks, banks and intermediares from the middle, what XRP looks for as clients is Banks, and they want customers from the current financial system. I think that is not a bad interpretation in the short-middle term.

The author suggests that 2 things will happen to make Ripple reach the $2.00 point (Today Sep 15th 2017 trading at $0.16):
1- More money will come into the cryptocurrency market.
2- Ripple will have a bigger piece of the pie.

@czechglobalhosts believes that Ripple and the XRP token is one of the fundamentally strongest coins out there despite the hate it receives. After being more than 10 years sending money to his home country, costing over $100 USD per transaction and taking around 8 days to process, he states that XRP transfers immediately, costs him a fraction in transaction fees and does not cost me a fortune in conversion rates. My interpretation is that this may be a possibility in the middle term, taking into account that banks and governments want a part of the stake, and XRP is offering this possibility in a certain way. And perhaps the next thing it needs to happen in the comming months is that banks start operating with cryptocurrency, and this will help cryptocurrencies climb to the next market high.
