I have always questioned why Litecoin exists and am shocked to see it break $100. In my mind, it's just trying to marginally do Bitcoin better than Bitcoin, and that's not exciting. Maybe I'm just not seeing the potential.
I think it’s good to have different options and competition. Especially with all of bitcoin internal fights and forks, having a quiet but good and calm project like Litecoin is good. Bitcoin can sometimes feel a little chaotic and intense
The potential is there are a lot of whales wanting the price to go higher, so it will. =)
