What is your price prediction for SegWit activation date?
Predicting a Bitcoin prices is difficult because the market can be so irrational during times of change. My guess is that it will continue to fluctuate between $2600 to $3200 and after the turbulence of the 1 week of August, establish a new norm at around $3500 by the end of the month.
Why this heavy up and down? what do you think? Do you think the market will stabilize a bit, or this is a speculating game of big capitals to scare small investors?
I'm in only for long term inversion and i beliave in crypto for the future, but i thik big banks are playing with our market.

btc is reserve currency for rest of the crypto market. I doubt ether or ltc can take over that status. supply is low, especially most bitcoin already been mined and reward blocks halving.
I think still depends on what will happen with segwit. if all goes well, all worries gone, confusion gone, buy buy buy and 10k it is, happy new year.
