PlexCoin: Scam or Real?
In July 2017 PlexCoin announced "most important ICO of 2017".
They published Whitepaper on August 4th and start ICO few days later. Paypal or Credit Card payment option wasn't available for almost 3 weeks and now you need to wait 20 days to buy PlexCoins.
They sell around 20 000 000 Plexcoins for 0.13 $ per plexcoin.
They change domain from www.plexcoin.com to www.plexcoin.org and now is www.plexcoin.tech
Is this Scam or great investment?
