отвечаю сам, но в этом посте пока только о минусах.
Про плюсы напишу в одном из следующих постов.

Итак, описываю минусы своего восприятия крипто-рынка на текущий момент:

• отсутствие определённости в регулировании индустрии
• исходя из этого – отсутствие на рынке крупных институциональных инвесторов
• исходя из этого – значительно меньшие объёмы по сравнению с другими рынками
• исходя из этого – возможность манипулировать ценами
• исходя из этого – высокая волатильность

А теперь еще несколько чисто субъективных моментов:

• отсутствие возможности объективной оценки стоимости активов, что порождает очень много совершенно взаимоисключающих прогнозов специалистами. Вплоть от обрушения прямо до нуля и почти завтра и до взлёта аж к 100 000 при решении проблемы масштабируемости (к примеру)
• торговля в выходные дни: мне это очень не комфортно, так как в выходные нужно отдыхать ИМХО
• отсутствие возможности торговать отложенными ордерами и другими типами ордеров.

Пожалуй - так.

And now a few more purely subjective moments:

• the lack of an objective assessment of the value of assets, which generates a lot of completely mutually exclusive forecasts specialists. From the collapse right up to zero and almost tomorrow and up to takeoff as much as to 100 000 in solving the problem of scalability (for example)
• trade at the weekend: I'm not very comfortable, as the weekend you need to rest IMHO
• lack of ability to trade pending orders and other types of orders.
