How To Send NEO Transactions in Milliseconds - The Trinity ⚡LIGHTNING⚡ Solution!

NEO, know for years as simply the "Chinese Ethereum", has risen from mere cents to a high of more than $180 due to its high scalability, smart leadership, and unique incentive system of GAS staking. Yet NEO transactions, while far faster than those on the Ethereum blockchain, still can take minutes to fully send and confirm.
