Psychology of A Market Cycle

Many of us are familiar with this image "psychology of a market cycle". And looking at the price chart of most cryptocurrencies, we are at the depression phase.

A phase where many traders/investors bought at all time high, hodl and watch their money crash to where it is today. Majority of people who joined the crypto market towards the end of 2017 are in this phase.

Looking closely at the psychology of a market cycle image, I have always imagined what comes next after the "disbelief" phase in the image.

This motivated me to search all over the Internet for the remaining half of the image. For months, I have been searching and didn't come across anything useful not until last night.

After much pondering over the image, I got to realize that what I have been searching for since all this while is right in front of me.

The other half of the image is the image itself. It's just a cycle, a wash and repeat process. On the left hand side of the image is the disbelief phase, so it is at the right hand side.

So many people will get caught pants down when the market gets to the "Belief" phase once again. They will end up losing money and finding themselves in the "depression" phase once again (same cycle).

As crypto enthusiasts, this image is an eye opener and should prepare you for the best to come.
