I don't know about a credit card, but there are shift and bitpay cards. They are debit cards in which a wallet is attached. You can load the card with usd from btc and spend it anywhere visa and master cards are accepted. You can withdraw cash from an ATM as well.

The value of the dollar has decreased over the years. It is controlled by a small group of very wealthy people. They influence every aspect of our lives without us knowing. Whether the powers that be want to create a world of peace or not can be determined by how the money is controlled. If people don't have to be slaves
