New Game Marketplace Being Co-Developed By Waves And Abyss
Waves platform and Abyss, a blockchain game distribution platform, will jointly be jointly launching a blockchain-based marketplace of digital good and in-game items.
According to reports Abyss revealed this news through a blog-post dated September 5, 2019, where it says it aims to develop, in collaboration with waves platform, a marketplace where users will be able to purchase items with Abyss tokens and sell them to other users.
Sasha Ivanov, founder, and CEO of Waves platform states that they recognize the huge potential of the $100+ billion gaming sector as a major use case for Blockchain can which perfectly fits with the currency gameplay mechanics and trading of goods.
It can be remembered last spring Abyss announced a partnership with Epic Games to allow developers on the platform access to the Unreal Developers Network with the main aim of attracting more gaming studious and titles to the abyss platform and for cryptocurrency adoption.
