Largest Payment Processor In Brazil Now Supports Crypto
The largest payment processor in Brazil will be supporting cryptocurrencies on its point-of-sale (POS) devices.
This was made possible with the partnerships of Cielo, the largest payment processing provider in Brazil, Uzzo, and Criptohub, both cryptocurrency network partners of Cielo.
According to reports, users can make crypto payments through Cielo PoS devices via QR codes which customers can scan using their smartphones to consummate the transaction.
Paulo Caffarelli, the president at Ceilo reveals that its banking partner Bradesco is backing the new crypto payments offering as well as a soon-to-be-released Cielo mobile app that will be able to generate the QR code.
