Arab Bank Switzerland Now Offers Crypto Custody And Brokerage Services
Arab Bank Switzerland, a Geneva-based traditional banking institution, has recently announced that it would be offering its clients crypto-related financial services.
This was made possible with its partnership with blockchain technology firm Taurus who will be in charge of building the bridge between the bank and their clients, storing crypto as well as offering trading options away from the ordinary operations of the bank.
According to Serge Robin, CEO at Arab Bank Switzerland, they firmly believe that blockchain will disrupt the financial industry and they plan to be amongst the first banks to offer digital asset services to its clients.
He adds that many wealthy banking clients have expressed interest in the newly emerging class but banks are reluctant to take the new form of digital cash due to the potential risk it poses.
