Abra Now Allows Users To Buy Bitcoin In 7-Eleven Outlets
Abra will nowbe able to sell cryptocurrency for cash in 6,000 7-Eleven outlets across the Philippines, made possible through its partnership with ECPAY.
Abra users will be able to purchase cryptocurrencies using 7-Eleven’s CLIQQ app or kiosks with a minimum purchase requirement of 500 Philippines pesos ($10 USD) and maximum purchase amount of 100,000 pesos ( $1,900) per day.
According to Abra founder and CEO, Bill Barhydt users from the Philippines can now easily and quickly add pesos to Abra and use their funds to invest in crypto or other investments found in the mobile app.
On the other hand, ECPay general manager Trisha D. Pascual states that the new partnership widens the product services offering of ECPay to its Collection Partners like 7-Eleven, NCCC Department Stores and Supermarkets, LCC Malls and remittance centers and pawnshops.
