So, this evening we got a sneak peek of Qnet from Quantis. Now, for those of you who don’t know, Qnet is a decentralized tool that is integrated within the Quantis wallet. This tool will allow users to instant message with end to end encryption. What does that mean exactly? Well, it means you will be able to have conversations with your friends, start group chats, and even send funds to them all in one spot while also maintaining the privacy we all deserve. This is huge! This is the first time I have seen features like this integrated all in one place. So, lets dive in shall we!
This is the main window. Notice how on the wallet there is a Qnet tab. Once you open it your screen will look similar to below. You will have a friends list with your profile at the top, the message window to the right, and the ability to make phone or video calls. The best part though is that this is just the beginning!
In this window you can see there are 3 tabs on the right. Once you click the plus button you will see this. On the right side you can add friends, import contacts and manage your friend requests
Here you can see the “create groups feature.” You will be able to create a group of your closest friends and talk all day if you wish.
So as you can see, this wallet will be able to do multiple different things all in one place—from sending coins to talking to your friends. Even better yet, you can send coins WHILE talking to your friends!
This wallet has huge potential for the corporate and social media aspects of the world.
Its expected to be released within the next 2 weeks or less.
