Blockchain Friendly Countries
The blockchain technology which happens to be one of the most innovative and advanced technologies right now in the world has been adopted and used by various companies and nations. While some have rejected this technology on the basis that it was used to develop and launch cryptocurrencies, others have adopted and are using it.

This article will discuss some of the countries that are blockchain friendly, some of them include;
- Japan : since April 2017, Bitcoin has been a certified legal tender in Japan and this is in contrast with what is obtainable in South Korea and China. Japan alone accounted for over 50% of the total Bitcoin sales as of September 2017. Also, the Financial Service Agency of Japan has recently approved about 11 cryptocurrency exchanges. It is predicted that in the coming years, this country would become one of the most advanced crypto countries in the world.
- United States : this country is home to the Silicon Valley and a host of other blockchain friendly states in the world. Also, this country is home to a long list of blockchain based projects ranging from cryptocurrency platforms to cryptocurrency exchanges and a whole lot of other platforms. Also, there are Bitcoin ATM's that are located in several areas of the country which can be accessed by city dwellers. The numerous warning that has been made concerning the buying and selling of cryptocurrencies by the regulatory bodies and lawmakers in the country still has not deterred the people from investing and also buying them. The United States happens to be one of the friendliest blockchain nations in the world.
- Estonia : this has been referred to as an e-government pioneer nation that has advanced and innovative data encryption technologies like no nation. The encryption technology adopted has the eiD and the Public Key infrastructure which both contain the two-factor authentication system. They make use of a fully decentralized technology which ensures that you will never find two exact data in two places. Also, you will find it interesting to know that this country earlier had tried to adopt their own digital currency.
- South Africa : this country has shown that it is ready to adopt the blockchain technology as it played host to the "Blockchain Conference of 2017". Also, one of the largest shopping outlets in the country is now accepting Bitcoin as a form of payment for goods and products bought.
- United Arab Emirates : the most populous city in the United Arab Emirates Dubai happens to be no stranger to blockchain and its based projects. With 30 BTC tokens, residents of this country can get their hands-on luxury property in Axton Plaza. By 2020, this country seems to be the first blockchain powered governments in the world. To crown it all, this country has a specially designed coin called "Dubaicoin".
There are a few other countries that have proven to be friendly to the blockchain technology and cryptocurrencies, but those mentioned above have proven to be friendlier as they have taken significant actions to ensure the spread and use of the technology.
Sir you've forgot to mention Netherlands . The Netherlands also a friendliest country when it comes to accepting Bitcoin. They're slowly trying to convert their population to accept Bitcoin as an everyday normalcy. With no regulation, however, there have already been issues regarding criminal activities such as money laundering.
It is also home to Arnhem AKA the Bitcoin City where a ton of businesses and citizens use Bitcoin on a daily basis to make transactions.

Good to know that there are a few countries out there that supports cryptos. And do not forget there will be a Crypto Utopia coming to Puerto Rico soon, heard they are welcoming towards cryptos too... well at least I hope xD
South Korea is just becoming more friendly now to CC. It was at a point where people were going from SK to Jp buying bitcoins and coming back and exchanging, that is how bad the exchange rate was lol
