NEO had a big move the past two days and is pulling in here. It will be one to watch as there rumors of announcements, exchange additions and maybe even China softening up on cryptocurrencies. It would be significant news for the entire industry if China began to officially "allow" cryptocurrency exchanges and Bitcoin trading. NEO, QTUM, OMG and a few others would likely see big moves on the news.
Below are the charts for NEO/BTC & NEO/USD. After a very quick rise, the hit key resistance points and are pulling back here. So far the breakout points are holding and the pullbacks correlate with the shorter-term moving average. While the pullback is a big move from a price percentage basis, the chart action is normal and healthy if this rally is to continue. However, if the support levels break, this may have been nothing more than a short-lived rumor-driven pump.
In the chart above, it's very interesting to see that the rally paused right at the blue downtrend resistance line shown. I've had this line on my chart for weeks! It shows the importance of trend lines & phycological price points. Yes, it's part art and part science but Technical Analysis works!
