Investment firms will not trade crypto as well
They will eventually. Once regulation kicks in. Cryptos is a new asset class but it need some bit of regulation so big investors feel comfortable.
South Korea, Japan, Russia will lead the way on regulation long before US gets around to it
I do expect Japan to take the lead, but i like US approach of Do no harm.
US has a good strategy of not bothering the legit and tax paying coins/tokens, but they will need to regulate ICOs

It's obvious that cryptocurrency is a threat to the banking sector. If they want to protect their client's fund, they should provide cryptocurrencies investment awareness/training programmes for their clients.
Agreed. But more importantly they should get involved so they don't miss out on the big gains leading up to the next bitcoin halving.
