COMPREHENSIVE GUIDE TO OBTAIN FREE CRYPTOCURRENCY TOKENS

Hi fellow cryptohoarders, I’m cento91, a cryptoenthusiast guy from the useless agro-industrial countriside near Milan, Italy.

You may not have a thousand bucks to invest, but you can partecipate as well in the shining new world of cryptos. Here I’m listing here a complete (according to my knowledge) list of sites who pay you out in bitcoins or altcoins in order for you to do boring stuff, such as survey answering or app installing, and every site currently giving away altcoins for free as long as you sign up. I’m obviously not listing faucets because imho they are time consuming and far away from being user friendly: they are just not worth it. At the end of the page I am also listing some well-known scam sites: avoid them at any cost and remember the rule of thumb that says: «when a deal is too good to be true, then it is probably a scam». A couple more words are going to be spent on cloud mining, a business practice that I personally find disgusting and that you should avoid at any cost.

If you know some more sites please tell me in the comments so I can put them in the guide, and I am also sorry if I make any grammar mistake, English is not my first language, so feel free to notify me about those too.

SITES THAT REWARDS YOU IN CRYPTOS FOR DOING STUFF
From survey filling to listening radio, those sites are willing to pay you bits or alts for doing so.

This one is you bread and butter surveys-offers-app installing site. I think there is the possibility to watsch videos for bits as well, but the offer seems to not be implemented for Italy yet.
Each “point“ is worth approx 0.01€ and you need around 8€ in order to be able to cash out, but in the long run the deal is good (one survey will give you around 0.70€). They obviously have a referral program as well and you can choose the altcoin you wish to get paid with: ideal for the “angel investor” method of hoarding.

This is currently the only site which seems to work here in Italy that pays you in BTC in order to watch videos, but the rewards seems very small. I have not digged that much into it, so feel free to try it out and give your opinions in the comments.

Bitradio is a blockchain based web radio with a lot of stations, which rewards you for listening to the music on the site. Just download the wallet, let it synchro (it can take as long as 5 hours to synchro) and then put your favorite station on in order to earn BRO. This won’t make you a billionaire, but why should you refuse to get paid to do something you would do anyway, listening to music?

If you do not mind leaving your laptop on for a couple more hours, you can utilize minergate to mine some cool altcoins: I am personally into BCN, XDN and XMR. Do not expect to be making millions out of this: think of it simply as a nice 50 cent reward every month or so. Also beware that hardcore 24/7 mining - especially if you are using your GPU - can compromise your hardware. Leave your PC the ability to rest from time to time.

KNOWN SCAM SITES
Greed is greed, and if something is for free, you should also be aware of scams luking everywhere.

BITCOINMINE, BITCOINFARM and every game which pretends to give you back some bitcoins after an initial investment
Your bitcoins will simply disappear. The tricky part is that some games are actually well built with good graphic and all.

COINSTARTER
It predends to be the kickstarter of the crypto world, but there are no projects listed and the 10 coins they are giving you have no market value at all, seems like a scam to me.

EVERY CLOUD MINING SITE
I cannot stress this enough: do not give money to ANY cloud mining site. What they promise to do to you is to rent their hardware in order to mine coins, which will then be given back to you at a fixed rate. Two questions come to mind:
If they already have the equipment and their mining is worth any money, why would they rent said equipment to anyone instead of keeping the coins for themselves?
Why should you put your hard-earned money into an “organizations” which - in the best scenario - will only give you back that same money in altcoins? Isn’t just buying the cryptos straight away a better option?
Every cloud mining site is a ponzi scheme. Period. They are taking your money to slowly pay out the people who invested before you. Then the payments get lower and lower because of non existing fees and issue with the hardware.
