Steem drops hard, or does it?

Well yeah, we've seen a strong drop in Steem/USD or SBD/USD lately. Nobody would say otherwise, but lets talk about the point of view here and how we influence the price a lot.

From a far perspective its easy: People buy cryptos, they rise, people sell them, they fall.
But lets go a little deeper, stop seeing Steem or many others just as investment. There are so many usecases for cryptocoins and even tho a lot of them are nothing but garbage, we're in on something good here!

Don't compare your Steemwallet to your real one, don't think "Oh, my vote is just 15 Cents worth now" or "That post i worked on so much only gave me 0.001$". This way you flaw the system, you value the Steemcommunity by what price investors give it. But you are not one of this Invest-Only guys, if you were you wouldn't read this post in the first place!

Your Vote, your Post, your Video are still worth the same, they were 3 days ago, or a month! They are worth whatever amount you get in Steem and SBD and that should be the only evaluation you give it, because Steem and this awesome community deserve it. We are not dollars, we are a community and share value not by our rewards but by our ideas and content.
And never forgett, you're one of the first million people all over the Planet taking part in this beautiful community, the future of social media might be here and you were one of the first!

Steem verliert massiv an Wert, oder?

Nun ja, wir sehen gerade einen extremen Wertverlust von Steem/USD oder SBD/USD. Niemand würde das bezweifeln, aber lasst uns das aus einer anderen Perspektive sehen und wie sehr wir den Preis beeinflussen.

Aus der Ferne betrachtet ist es einfach: Leute kaufen Cryptos, sie steigen, Leute verkaufen sie, sie fallen.
Aber lasst uns etwas genauer hinsehen, seht Steem und andere Cryptowährungen nicht als Investition.
Es gibt so viele Anwendungsfälle für Cryptocoins und obwohl viele davon nicht die Bits aus denen sie bestehen wert sind, sind wir hier an was gutem dran!

Vergleicht eure Steemwallet nicht mit eurem Konto, denkt nicht "Oh, mein Vote ist nur noch 15 Cent wert" oder "Mein Post, an dem ich so lange gearbeitet habe, hat mir nur 0,001$ eingebracht".
So hintergeht ihr das System, ihr bewertet dann die Community mit dem Preis der Investoren. Aber du bist keiner derer die Steem nur als Investition sehen, sonst würdest du diesen Post nicht lesen!
Dein Vote, dein Post, dein Video sind noch immer so viel wert wie vor 3 Tagen, oder einem Monat! Und zwar die Menge an Steem oder SBD, die die Community ihm gibt und das sollte die einzige Bewertung sein, die ihr abgebt. Die Community hat nichts schlechteres verdient.
Und vergesst nicht, ihr seid Teil der ersten Million Menschen auf dem ganzen Planeten die an dieser Community teilhaben, die Zukunft von Social Media könnte genau hier entstehen.
