A quick list of tools to track cryto currency prices, volumes, mining details etc
This is a compilation of portals to find the details of various cryptos, market cap, daily volume etc.
Highly recommend to install ublock origin, no coin (Chrome, Firefox) ad blockers to avoid trackers, Javascript based miners etc.
The comparison charts by coinwars like the one based on volume is useful:
XE.com for crypto to fiat conversion. Eg BTC to USD @ XE.com
sometimes the number of transactions happening on the blockchain gives an idea about the health the future of the blockchain for hloders. http://www.blocktivity.info/ gives exactly that.
(here we can see that STEEM blockchain based on my favorite Graphene technology is leading with highest transactions)
for STEEM / Steemit.com users, https://blocktrades.us/ a good tool to covert between various crypto.

besides this, frequenting groups/channels, reddit etc can give a good understanding of latest developments

Thanks for the information! I’m always looking for new sources to learn more about the industry and to stay ahead of the bulls. I also reccomend creating a reddit multi-list where you add your favorite crypto-related subreddits. I created one for myself last week and am continuously adding new subreddits to it in order to diversify my knowledge. Another tip I have is to always make sure you understand the other side of the arguement (typically the bear-side if you’re bullish on crypto). Cheers!
