Rule of thumb for trading crypto - "One thing is for sure I don't buy into something just because it is being hyped and certainly not if it has already spiked in value." this will not work in all cases but you can be sure there will be other opportunities; cool your jets and buy coins under valued, under appreciated and in depressed markets.

With BTC going through the roof it is currently good buying conditions for altcoin with actual purpose, strong development teams and good communities (although the communities are probably feeling a bit sad at the moment; those with long term views will be having a party) +5% ;)

I thought the first rule was "Never invest more than you are willing to lose"
