Chinese citizens EXCLUDED from Kyber ICO!!!!!!!!!! SEPTEMBER 11,2017
Today we have Kyber ICO excluding Chinese citizens from participating in the ICO- They did that with a Twitter announcement, and after careful consideration they decided to exclude Chinese nationals/citizens from the initial public token sale. Kyber required anyone who wants to participate in this sale to have their KYC done so if you are a Chinese citizen you won't be able to participate. So that address will be blocked to you & you won't be able to contribute to the ICO. It seems like China is no longer the place for people to go for ICO's to try to look for money, they are definitely trying to block these Chinese citizens just in case of future regulation requirements. Also its currently the case that China is refunding some ICO's and that is just a whole pain!!!!!
