Also, I think we may have miscommunicated the value proposition of Exodus. There are things that we cannot do BY DESIGN. This includes seeing and changing your account.
To answer your question about losing a customer over $5... I will pay you $5 to never use Exodus again. All you need to do is provide us with a Bitcoin address, delete Exodus, and promise to never download Exodus again, the rest of your life.

It sounds like you're in a frustrating situation and I feel for ya but bad customer service doesn't necessarily constitute a scam. What happened, and why was their initial response inappropriate?
Also for the record, copying and pasting the message instead of including a screenshot doesn't inspire confidence in your allegations.
My most sincere apologies, next time I find a trading platform with an inability to trace the transfer of money within their own system, I'll be sure to use the headline. thank you @pgcrypto but $5 doesn't worry me. I'm all about principal. I will now be spending quite a lot of my profits to get my voice hear and have the video produced. Thank you for reading, but I understand that this is not the best way to reach people in today's world. Stand by for some great laughs with a video that should see the "rip the pit" view smashed. Cultural relevance, a theme tying minority sport with other world minorities, superstars of the bodyboarding world, and some pretty mean spits (even if I do say so myself).
