Those are all pretty good. Not sure how to counteract many of the misperceptions out there. The one about buying at one price and selling for more is something people need to get beyond. I mean, sure it's always great to buy low and sell high. However, there is so much more to cryptocurrency than that. You could buy low and sell high. You could also buy a minting coin and then sell off the minting proceeds. I currently have a coin that pays out for me every day that way (I just won't ever sell the principle). You can also earn cryptos through platforms like Steemit or even through doing freelance work for people willing to pay in crypto. Then you have your long term alt coin investments...

Anyway, I'm rambling, but I guess the biggest issue I see with the cryptomentality is that people want to get in and then get out quickly and make a huge profit doing so. However, just like with any other kind of sustainable wealth building, you really do have to take the long view with crypto. Yes, you can build wealth this way, but it won't happen overnight. People need to be patient, buy in gradually, and be willing to hold for several years. They also need to be able to recognize when it's time to sell--sometimes a coin turns out to not be a good investment and there are signs that you can look for. Anyway, I could go on and on. Thanks for the post :)

The fourth meme...

"Wait... so I buy this token, then I try to sell it for more money?"

...is a huge issue in the perception of crypto. It's a false mindset that even I need to work to actively overcome. Most people (including me) are so used to operating only with government fiat that we have a difficult time viewing anything else as a real currency.

It's hard to get past the mindset that I'm just investing in a commodity who's only worth is in it's comparison to real dollars. My brain is a work in progress...

Imagine what it's like for people who don't even think about "money" - or government issued paper - in those terms. It's difficult enough for those who see government currencies for what they are. Add the entire digital-only aspect of cryptos and how they're "magically created," and it's enough to really confuse the crap out of the average person.

It is a huge hurdle indeed.

Once Oprah Winfrey starts talking about cryptocurrencies, the problems will be less of an issue.. I think!

Good ones!

Thank you. A few of them were inspired by your comment on the previous post.

I noticed! :) Great you created more and glad I could be some of the inspiration.

Ahahaha, lmao. Thanks!
