IMHO nothing but a great scheme to move the moronic population towards digital currency and transfer wealth in the process. Once we have 5G as infrastructure installed, government controlled digital currency will be established. Together with smart meters, a Social Credit System like the one they are "testing" in Cina and the internet of things control will be 100%. We will pay for flushing the toilet. Any uncontrolled crypto will be illegal. Game over.
Good to see you! You may be correct, until that time I will support steem which provides utility and is a permission based blockchain versus the permissionless bitcoin and others, which are used and manipulated by scumbags and wasting energy resources.
