Viva Network - Endless Features!

Viva Network is a project that brings together investors who want to buy a house but not enough money. So the mortgage industry's mediators - planning to lift the banks out of the way.

The point of this writing is the different features of the Viva project. The first is "The Real Value 2.0" ("RV2") application.

RV2 will be an appraisal of housing properties. Behind the application is artificial intelligence and machine learning technology as you would expect. The working principle of RV2 is as follows:
Different people will get into practice about different houses and will get a Viva token in return. Users who want to take advantage of RV2 will pay for it with Viva token. As stated in the whitepaper, while this application is being developed, the RV1 based on it is now closed to the public in Bermuda and will soon be available to everyone.

Another feature of Viva Network is the V-Score, a decentralized credit scoring system. Users can use V-score to create accounts showing credit ratings and credit history. V-score scores will be based on traditional credit ratings, credit history on the Viva Network, and information that people give about themselves. Therefore, the actual payment possibilities of the borrowers will be better reflected in the V-score scores. In addition, since the V-score is a blockchain-based decentralized system, the security of the user's information will no longer exist.

The last feature we will talk about is Viva Network's own stock exchange. This stock exchange, named Viva FMS Exchange, will look like other ordinary crypto stock exchanges, but here it will be dealing with credit debts (receivables) instead of cryptoparae.
