How i lost 50 pounds without even trying thanks to steemit and http://steemspeak.com by staying up for 2 days in a row just burning energy with my brain (and your brain can take up as much as 30% of the energy your body produces, the brain goes through blood so fast! so much nutrients and oxygen has to go up there!
