Maybe this bear market is not such a bad thing after all
Sure i miss the days when every coin/token was pumping +50% for several consecutive days making you insane gains, but this bear market is not the worst thing that could've happened to the cryptocurrency space, especially if you believe that another bull market is around the corner.
Besides crashing the prices of most tokens by 90%, this bear market is also acting like a cleansing mechanism in the crypto arena. I think all the shady/scammy projects will go the way of the dodo, while honest solid projects will get into the spotlight and see again huge returns when the bulls will be back.
If you believe in the future of crypto, this is the best time to invest. Everybody knows the saying - buy low, sell high - yet when the time comes, it's hard to pull the trigger because everything looks bad, but that shouldn't scare you. Make a thorough research to find the best projects that are delivering on their whitepaper and push the buy button with confidence, your courage will be handsomely rewarded.
It should go without saying that it's a bad idea to invest more than you can afford to lose.

Excellent points, I am of the same mindset since I got into crypto last November and though I've made some good gains I've also had my share of pain. Been averaging into the market every dip as I do believe in the long term of the market. My favourite picks for long-term success are Zcash, Binance Coin, Ethereum and Bitcoin
