RE: Buying steem with fiat = Exchanges.

in #cryptocurrencies6 years ago

To begin with, the first thing you need when you're dealing with exchanges is a good lube because they're going to fuck you. That's the bottom line.

Nuff from him, this is the wife now (lovenfreedom) who handles the bulloney with exchanges, who has to grow an invisible pair every time I deal with exchanges.

Verdict = Pardon me sir but you're screwed.

You need a USD account to trade and that's still not easy. But maybe some of the guys can help you other than my one sentence verdict.

What I do though:

  • Buy BTC from Coinbase
  • Send BTC to Bittrex (as with Binance you have to check if the wallet is withdrawable I made that stupid mistake. But we came out ok except my heart problems while dealing with it)
  • Buy STEEM from Bittrex
  • Send STEEM to wallet
sounds easy but I'm sweating just talking about it

Bittrex is only USD

Binance doesn't accept fiat

But you can use Bitfinex to deposit into Binance.

But Bitfinex only deals with USD and EURO

It is all grim looking when you're dealing with banksters. And having to deal with crypto banksters is another level of bullshit.

Kind regards,

Even a little tester amount and it went out the door, hence I will have another go tomorrow.
Thanks for the advice. :-)
