The small European country Estonia is moving too fast towards the first complete crypto country in the world. This country is already digitized all it's government services using block chain technology and tech behind the crypto currencies like bitcoin.
Country's digitization projects are reaching new levels that anyone in the world can be the etsonia's virtual resident by filing the online application through government's e-residency program.
These virtual residents can access all countries portals and business application in which country's physical money is based on, and can use same public services like Estonia's physical residents use.
#Estonia's Voting System#
Even the election process is digitized, people can vote through online portal which is based on the block chain technology however only physical residents are allowed to vote. This feature is not available for virtual residence it will become a mess to choose the right person to lead the country.

What benefit would a blockchain give to a voting system? Wouldn't most attackers go after the vulnerabilities of voting systems, and not the history of votes? Wouldn't this just open up an attack vector if some interest with lots of computing power tried to de-legitimize the current blockchain?
