Crypto Markets On The Move

Finally! After one of the most stable periods of seemingly endless sideways movement, the markets are on the move once again. Bitcoin, and with it almost all other cryptocurrencies, dropped to 5500 dollar and the total market cap shrunk by 15 billion dollar.

I don't know who or what triggered this sudden drop to the lowest price this year, nor am I particularly worried about it. To the extent that I've been following the prices (I don't focus on prices too much) and the news around that, there are a couple of plausible explanations. So, I hope you're not in complete distress about this price drop, and that you're not too eager to learn about it's true causes; markets will do what they do, as long as the fundamentals are sound and the technology is alive, I'm not worried.

Yesterday, on November 15^th, Bitcoin Cash forked again and some have linked the market-slump to the upcoming mining-war caused by that fork. Now we have Bitcoin Cash SV, where "SV" stands for "Satoshi's Vision"... Yeah right. Also both EOS and Ethereum have been in the news negatively, despite the positive news of EOS being listed on Bancor. For the reasons why BCH and EOS/Ethereum could have something to do with the extraction of many billions out of the crypto markets, I'll link two videos:

Craig Wright, the self-proclaimed Satoshi, predicts that BTC will be dead, with literally no more BTC in existence, and a study pointing to definitions by Ethereum founders proclaims that EOS isn't a blockchain at all; perfect examples of the usual FUD if you ask me ;-) If you're interested in the complete Craig Wright interview, you can see that here.
