BREAKING: Chinese President Xi Jinping just publicly supported China going all-in on blockchain technology across their economy.
President Xi says China should be quicker in the blockchain adoption race. "We must take blockchain as an important breakthrough for independent innovation of core technologies," Xi said at a Politburo Committee session. He also stated that blockchain will be key to achieving economic advantage, though China has historically been resistant to the rise of cryptocurrencies.

Surveillance is already part of their society. Don´t forget, for most of them it is OK and natural. The Chinese (Asians generally) are not that individualistic as we are.
It’s maybe ok for them, but it‘s not ok to export the ant mindset to the rest of the world 🙄
Today I had another support ticket from a client who is there on production currently. They filter/block ssl uploads to the corporate public content distribution server. A system like theirs is broken up to the deepest level. Powerful tech in those hands is not a good thing 🙈
