ABSTRACT

On this article we get to understand what the DAO and the DAOstack is about. How it will change the way corporations and organizations are run by collective intelligence of different agents in execution of smart contracts on the blockchain technology. How DAO will improve the cost, efficiency and structure of organizations and the advantages of the DAO over traditional organizations etcetera.

DAOstack will achieve it goal by employing smart companies, or agencies as it building blocks . " A smart agency is an atomic governance unit that is managed and operated with smart contracts on the blockchain." Considering the rapid improvement of the blockchain due to its decentralized foundation, the DAOstack can also employ this decentralized foundation in the corporations of other types of organizations or the agencies. DAOs have intrinsic merits over regular companies or centralized organizations.

DAOstack TOOLS

For the integration of the Decentralized Autonomous Organization, there are some tools that are needed to be use in this process. The DAOstack is therefore an operating system that facilitates the implementation of the creation of DAO. For the purpose of the final goal of DAO, varieties of tools are employed as highlighted above.

The DAO ARC is the platform in which agents are able to customize their own DAO designs. It can likely be termed the Wordpress of DAOs. It can also be said to be a framework that permits the application of DAO to be accessed by companies and organizations. It is compared to Wordpress because it has a similar nature that allows easy operation of DAOs.

Just like a bee hive, were every bee meet for a common goal of mining honey, the ARC Hive of the DAO is a registry where innovators, professionals and stakeholders from different organizations can interact with each other. With this registry, different agents from different organizations can post request or offers that can be promoted by spending GENs. The Arc.hive will allow for easy communication and networking between the individual components of the DAOstack economy.

Arc.js

Arc.js is a JavaScript library built on Web3.js which is the Ethereum’s JavaScript API. This will enable the Arc framework to be called directly from any other JavaScript environment outside the DAOstack platform.

Alchemy

Just like any operating system, the Alchemy is the user friendly interface that users will be able to interact with on the DAOstack operating system.

DAOstack GEN Tokens

These are rewards in which the DAOstack users are been compensated on. These GEN Tokens allows users to stake on a given project proposal to be developed on DAOstack. These projects are in turn approved by users with reputations. Reputations are earned by the percentage of activeness in participating and contributing to the DAO network.
