Everyone desires an easy life where their daily activities can be effectively implemented through a central point at the comfort of their homes.
To a large extent, Artificial intelligence has made this possible but not completely. This is what Effect.AI hopes to achieve soon and even more, through the project called the effect network.

The Effect.AI, powered by NEO is building a strong decentralized network platform where artificial intelligence can be bought, rented and sold to the public. It also hopes to create an avenue for AI developers to monetize their skill at the comfort of their homes and also tackle problems on request, anywhere in the world.

However, all tasks done on the effect network would be paid via a network- NEP-5 token.
The Effect.AI is made up of three stages which are:

PHASE 1: EFFECT PHASE

This phase is described as an interactive market place for tasks that requires Human intelligence. That is to say, request for services to perform available tasks for a fair and instant pay is advertised. This phase enables users to request and offer services for a pay on the platform.

Note: every user will have a unique wallet ID on the platform for easy identification and transactions

PHASE 2: EFFECT SMART MARKET

The effect smart market is a decentralized platform where people can buy, offer or rent services at the comfort of their homes for a fair and instant pay.

PHASE 3: EFFECT POWER

This is the last phase of Effect.AI. it is described as "the pulling of computing powers to build supercomputers needed to run advanced AI alogrims." At this stage, we can say AI is fully decentralized because computers would take over or maybe displace human operations completely. This is the future Effect.AI hopes to achieve soon.

How effect force can help employment in developing countries.

Most developing countries have issues of unemployment. Graduates roam around the street seeking for jobs which no one is willing to offer. Getting a job now is based on connection, who you know and what you can be able to offer, in cash or kind. Thereby, putting most capable graduates at a disadvantage.

A good number of them can contribute immensely to AI but do not have the opportunity or platform to showcase their specialty.
However, Effect.AI has come to intervene by giving an opportunity to they unemployed to advertise their skills and also engage them productivity through the creation of jobs/tasks online. It is here to serve as a middle man and bridge the gap between seekers and renders of labour.

One would not have to wait for the government for jobs anymore or keep waiting for finances to establish or start-up their busineses because the Effect.AI is an office platform to monetize their skills, business and company at no cost.
So, there is no need to rent an office space because you can offer services directly online. Your customers are online and you can render your services right at the comfort of your home. Most unemployed have issues of no capital to start up and Effect. AI has come to address this problem.

The effect force also offers an opportunity for a Effect.AI agent whose job description is to sort for companies who need the Effect.AI services and advertise those needed/requested services on the Effect.AI platform for a pay or commission.
By so doing, everyone benefits both the buyers and renders of labour.

This project will reduce social vices to a very large extent because when an individual has a job, he/she wouldn't have to terrorize the peace of the community to earn a living. It also gives room for them to practicalize their knowledge.

HOW FAIR AND INSTANT PAY WILL IMPACT ADAPTABILITY

Most organizations, especially the private ones in developing countries have a way of over tasking their worker and give them Peanuts which might still be delayed at the end of the day. There is no form of reinforcement or motivation to work but with a fair and instant pay, one is encouraged to work because he is assured of something coming in to Carter for himself and probably his family.
