its still blank..both steem and sbd

Tap the + sign next to steem then copy the memo in the pop up
its blank. it said to use the transfer command.thats in steemit?
That's not how I use it, I transfer to bittrex then exchange to go to crypto
bittrex is askjng for a memo..from steemit, its also asking for a memo
When the pop up box shows up is there not a memo already there?
