Having a lot of problems getting verified for my Cryptocard, stupid me.
I am having a real bad time getting verified at Cryptopay, I can't get to my money until I get verified but something is stopping the process from happening, well that's how it feels,
I have spent hours talking to the chat on there to find a way around it. I have had to apply for a new driving license photo card as I only had the old paper one, I don't drive anymore so didn't think I would need one, I don't have a passport as it is now out of date so needed some I.D. We tried everything to get around it, using my Blue badge card as it has a photo and its given out by the government but that didn't work. I have sent bills and bank statements.
I have sent away for the driving license photo card, waited a good 2 weeks for them to send all my papers back saying they need more information so sending my marriage license off too, that's another week I will have to wait before I can use my Crypto card.
I know what they are doing is right as they have to make sure its you, I really should have applied for a driving license photo card years ago but never got round to it. Now I wish I had.
My letter is being re-sent tomorrow, hopefully I get it back for next week then I can use my card and stop worrying about it.
Make sure you have verification before starting the process, make sure what you have is up to date, don't be daft like me

I use Bitpay, converting steem on Bittrex... No problems so far!
I need verification to be able to get my money, you don't need verification up to a certain amount
On Bitpay you don't need it at all... I just use a double-layer security!
Oh right, cryptopay had the best review from what I saw

To me it is happening the same thing, everything tine to see by the new regalanetacion of the European union that came into force from today, I these without money 15 days ago, my trajeta xapo and wirex do not allow me to take the money, But they already send all the information and always find something new.

Karen are you simply looking to be able to spend your crypto? If so I have had success thus far with Shakepay it is simply a mobile app https://shakepay.co/#/ However please excercise proper caution with it as I have not been using it for long.
I can see how frustrating this must be. Sending lots of positive thought your way and hoping this issue gets resolved ASAP!

Oh i hope you get it sorted soon. this is good to know as I don't have a driving license or passport.
You can gey an I.D card online think its costs about £20 they accept that too :)
