You can get the Big 4--Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, or Litecoin. These platforms have sign up and verification processes, so that is why it is good to start signing up now, but Binance, Huobo Pro, and KuCoin are fairly easy, and lately we've mentioned coins from all of these exchanges. Bittrex was too full on users, but they are allowing sign ups again, so I suggest you do it. You can go here and register.
