Crystal Companions to Assist Your Journey to Well-Being
You may just be beginning your journey with working with crystals or perhaps you are a seasoned veteran using this wonderful modality. Whichever the case may be, you will enjoy working with Mother Natures precious gems. This is by far the most awesome, natural & fun way to assist you with whatever area in your life you’re desiring to change.
Connecting with the energetic vibrations or essence of a particular stone, along with expressing desired, focused intentions, is when your magical experience begins. You may immediately feel a connection when picking up each stone or you may feel nothing at all. Either way, it is important to continue steadily using them and allow their energies to influence your own energy field. It is in this merging together or resonating with one another that your life will begin to change.
Before using your crystal companions:
√ Cleanse them by holding them under running water while holding the intention that they be cleared, balanced and aligned with their natural frequency.
√ You may also use sound to clear them, such as singing bowls, tuning forks and/or loud, high vibration tones.
√ This returns them to their natural resonance and prepares them for use.
Attuning to your Crystal Companions
- Sit quietly, clear your thoughts, creating a sacred moment to connect.
- Hold your new crystals in your hands over your heart center.
- Ask silently or out loud for them to connect to your essence or I AM presence.
- Imagine yourself connecting to each of the crystals essences, one by one.
- Let them know that you would love to connect with them to assist you on your path.
Ways To Get Acquainted
- Carry them with you one at a time to get familiar with each ones energy.
- Place them upon your nightstand to keep them in your energy field.
- Put them under your pillow while you sleep & ask them to connect with you.
- Place them around a glass of water & intend their energy to charge it for drinking.
- Enjoy a nice soaking bath with your crystals, they love to share their great vibes.
- Keep them close to your bare skin for intimate contact.
- Wear them as a piece of jewelry, such as a pendant, works awesome if your creative.
- Keep them on your desk while working on your computer.
- Put them around your home to increase the vibrations in your personal space.
- The ways are endless…..use your imagination…..and have fun!

A few tell-tale signs your attuning to your crystals:
- You experience a tingly sensation gently caressing your skin.
- You may feel a slight fluttering in your belly, like butterflies in your stomach.
- Feel a swirling sensation in your heart center or chest area.
- You may feel a little lightheaded, foggy or get the feeling your floating on air.
- The top of your head may feel prickly, tingly or itchy.
- You feel heat all over your body, get suddenly flushed or the palms of your hands become hot.
- You feel a surge of electric-like energy suddenly flowing from your head to your toes.
These are just a few of the most common signs that you are actually experiencing an energetic exchange with your crystals. Enjoy the magical ride, as you embark upon a journey to enlightenment, empowerment & a new found sense of well-being.

I had so many large ones when I lived in Brazil and left almost all of them there giving them away. But the few I still have, I seem to have misplaced and am now consciously drawing them to reconnect with.
