RECIPE - "Sole with prawns"

Hey, everybody. How are you? Today I bring you a simple fish recipe. This morning I was in the fish shop and there were the soles on offer so I decided to buy a couple of them, and then with some frozen prawns I had in the freezer I made this delicious dinner. I hope you like it.




INGREDIENTS 2 sole 6 prawns Garlic and parsley


  • First put the garlic and parsley in a frying pan with a little oil and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Then add the fish and prawns, let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • We flip our fish and shrimp and that's it!
  • We ate it directly from the frying pan, it was delicious.
