I think there is no quick solution for making something with great quality. There is a proces which helps with getting that quality and depth of you work.

And even od you gather ideas from other art works you can still make a pretty awesome combination for yourself. Those people also searched other artist to make their work.

Just practice and soon you'll be a design master heheh
