You are right about the bias umpiring and conditions favoring the home side. A rule should be bought in about time wasting,one warning and then you are sent off or penalty runs. It was so obvious what was going on and happy that they lost.
Yeah, time-wasting or even just poor time management is a problem and the frustrating thing is that it would be easy to solve if punishments like penalty runs were consistently enforced. They do it in the T20 Blast here were if a team doesn't start their final over by a certain time they have runs taken away from them and guess what? No one ever goes over the time...
