My Creative Crypto Logo Challenge submission

I was doing my evening surfing when I came across this challenge for artists to develop logos for bitcoin! As those who have been following my work know, I have already started down this path with @Slothicorn who is hoping to help cryptocurrency go mainstream through art.
Needless to say I jumped on the bandwagon and pretty much started a piece and in a few hours had it at a sweet stopping place. This first one is a detail, and the second one down is the full finished piece.
I originally thought I would go in a Van Gogh direction and perhaps I did, but it also feels a little Jetson's to me :) I sat staring at the bitcoin logo and just tried to envision what would appeal the most to me with what I had to work with. A bridge came to mind, since I love the fact that crypto has a way of joining people from all over the world.
