Para aquellos que han leído la historia y para quienes aún no lo han hecho, este es el conocido árbol de las apariciones, o al menos un ejemplar del original donde la virgen se presentó a los tres pastorcitos; es una representación de cómo sería en aquel momento, ya que del árbol original solo queda una parte de su tronco y se encuentra a pocos metros bajo la imagen de la virgen que está dentro de la capilla y que fue construida a su petición en una de las apariciones y lleva el nombre de Azinheira Grande, nombre que le atribuyeron luego del milagro.

Este lado del santuario posee una gran energía, ya que se puede ver a los visitantes y feligreses dando las ofrendas por los milagros o pedidos concedidos.
