Contests Help Our Community So Spread The Word!

I didn't say that. Said @kus-knee (The Old Dog), a colleague of ours with much experience and highly respected in Steemit. This means that we must believe it and behave accordingly.

The Old Dog has been offering contests for several years. Contests that attract attention especially due to the totally unusual themes. Unusual and exciting!

Contests that make you check your portfolio of photos but especially pushes you to grab the camera and look for the best image for the contest.

That way, it seems pretty difficult to find the photo for the contest ... and it really is, I can confirm that. The greater the joy when you are selected among the winners. I said winners because there are usually more, starting with 5 and there can be even 10 winners and thus increase the chances for all.

If finding the best photo can be harder ... participating in the contest is extremely easy. You just have to put the photo in the comments at the announcement post of the contest (you have time until the posting gets paid).

The Old Dog Presents: The Classic Cloud Contest!

The theme is The Classic Cloud! For me, the sky and the clouds mix, forming a whole. I like to look at the sky since I was a child. I think we all do this. Unfortunately, the hectic and modern life, the life lived in crowded and polluted cities often makes us forget to look up.

How long have you not looked at the sky?

If this question has an answer for you, whatever it is, I invite you to take some pictures with the most beautiful, ugly, scary clouds that you have seen and enjoy the contest!

Now it's my turn. I made this post first of all to celebrate this contest, to launch an invitation to some who will read this post (unfortunately a few ... another would have been the situation if our friend Denise, @dswigle, with her hundreds of faithful followers, would have done it). I made this post to apologize for not having participated in these contests for some time. I did it because I have hundreds of photos with clouds and I feel I have to put more than the maximum two admitted in the contest.

With these two photos I participate in the contest.

I'm sorry for the choice I made but I don't change anything, it would be very difficult for me. As I said I have a lot of photos with clouds. A few below ...I'm trying to group them somehow.
