Is it Halloween?
First there's 'Hal'. Last is the arrow pointing to a 'knee', but the 'k' is crossed out and backwards. In other words, take 'knee', cross out the 'k', and make it backwards, which is 'een'. The middle part I had to guess...
Congrats, you won!!! 😃
"Halloween" is the official answer and you're becoming Crack the Code expert with your second win. 🙂 Would you share, how you cracked it?
Of course :).

Yes, the HAL is placed low on the picture and he also sings the "I can't afford a carriage..." part in a very low voice in the movie, so there are two reasons, why it's "HAL low" for the two three-letter words suggested by the lower arrow.
By the way, these things are awesome and fun. You're quickly becoming one of my favorite Steemers!
Thanks! 😊
Hunh. Almost thought it was because he was low, but it didn't explain the nursery rhyme. Dang, if only it hadn't been so long since I've seen 2001: A Space Odyssey.
Maybe it's not a scary movie, but in my opinion, it's always a good time to watch it again. 😉 (I love "2001: A Space Odyssey" and generally Kubrick's films)
