the country in where one is born is one's motherland. was born in bangl so, bangladesh is my motherland. we eamed our independent through a bloody war in 1971. dhaka is the capital of bangladesh.

bangladesh is a beautiful country, its area is 1.47.570 square kilometers. there are sixty-four districts in our country. its populalion is about fourteen crores 85% people are muslims. most of the lands of our country are plain and fertile but its north-eastem and eastem side are hilly. it has many rivers and canals. the padma, the meghna, the jamuna, the brahmaputra, the cornafuly are the main rivers of bangladesh. we can go from one place to the another place by boat, launch and steamer. we grow paddy, wheat. jute. tea, sugar- cane in plenty in our land. we grow a lot of mangoes. bananas, pine- apples, jackfruits, coconuts etc. they are very tasty. the natural beauty of our country is worth seeing. many tourists come here to enjoy its natural beauty
