Yep, that is the point being yelled from the mountain tops. ANd yet some are not only exploring genetically engineered foods but want to rely upon them. This brings all sorts of wholistic problems. It is stupid to spend more on genetic engineering after cleaning up the mess of byproducts than to embrace the mastery of agriculture of our human history. I suspect it is an effort to colonize space and other modern lifestyles that is driving some irrational scientific ventures. One of my favorite contest entries.
